WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Policies regarding to returns and exchanges


COVID 19 

We are here to serve and support you, it has been a long time since we are dealing with a pandemic. Us Americans, we are strong and resilient. We will get through this together.

 Due to COVID-19 shipping may be delayed. We can not accept returns at this time due to the safety of our employees. 


RETURNS / EXCHANGES

If there are any errors in your shipment, the customer must be notified within 24 - 48 hours of shipment receipt. You may contact (561-591-1977 or 845-514-2194), email us at  mickeyfashionboutique@gmail.com, or send a message through our website. 

Returns & Exchanges Procedures

Please follow the instructions on the return form included in your package and return your items within 14 days of receipt to the address below. Include your order # on the outside of the package.

Please note our policy. Full refunds are allowed up to 14 days from the shipping date. Items received after 14 days will result in a 20% restocking fee. Items received after 30 days will not be accepted. Mickey Fashion Boutique LLC  reserves the right to not accept a refund outside a 14 day period, so please make sure that you return unwanted items within the allotted time frame. In the month of December we will offer 1 month to place returns for the holiday season. Returned merchandise should not be worn, altered, or washed, they must be returned with the tags still attached. Returned items that do not meet the latter criteria or are deemed non-returnable, will be denied. All returned items that are damaged are subject to a 20% restocking fee. 

*Refunds are not allowed at store locations for any online purchases.

When returning items by mail:

Please fill out the Merchandise Return form that is on the back of your invoice.  Please include the reason for return. Send the package via UPS or insured U.S. Postal Service to the address indicated on your packing slip.  When returning or exchanging please include a copy of your invoice in the box, circle the items on the front being returned, and fill out the reasons on the back.

Mickey Fashion Boutique LLC will not be responsible for lost or damaged packages that you have returned; in order to ensure both our customers happiness and our own please make sure to ship all returns and exchanges through a traceable carrier. Please allow 10-15 business days for the return transit time. Please allow 7-14 business days for refunds to be issued to your account, upon receipt.  

*Shipping and Handling charges are not refundable. 

Exchanges:

 All exchanges for online orders must be called in and approved by our Customer Service team. Please have a receipt copy as well as all merchandise in original condition.  Store credit may be given (valid up to 1 year). 

 Non-Returnable/ Non-Exchangeable Items:

The following items are non-returnable. Credit will not be issued for the following:

  • All items purchased on final sale

  • Any Accessories

  • Jewelries

  • Bodysuits

  • Swimsuits
